In principle, you can return all items in their original packaging to us within 14 days by prior arrangement.

This does not apply to items made or procured especially for you.

All items that are offered by the meter cannot be returned in quantities below the original lengths. Digital prints, motifs and lighting elements are made to order and cannot be returned. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to us.

Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

If the goods cannot be sent by you by post, forwarding agent or courier service, a timely notification is sufficient. Due to the additional expense, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returns that are sent back without defects.

For returns we charge a flat rate of Euro 25,- net per parcel and for forwarding shipments at least Euro 95,- within Austria + Germany (Switzerland on request).

Check the goods at your leisure but please understand that any further use of the goods may lead to a considerable loss in value, which you will have to compensate in the event of a return.
